EuroCup teams' training camps a full go

Over the past two days, more than a half-dozen 7DAYS EuroCup sides have opened their respective training camps. These clubs are going full steam ahead with their preparations for the coming season.
The teams that held their first basketball practice of the season on Wednesday were Mincidelice JL Bourg en Bresse and ratiopharm Ulm. While Bourg returns to the competition after making its debut last season, Ulm got the engines started for its seventh consecutive EuroCup season.

Virtus Segafredo Bologna, under new head coach Sergio Scariolo, got things going a day earlier. Virtus will stay in Bologna until the end of this week before leaving for the mountains where it will play its first preseason game against a fellow EuroCup side Dolomiti Energia Trento.
A pair of Turkish sides, Frutti Extra Bursaspor and Turk Telekom Ankara, are also a full go with basketball practices. Umana Reyer Venice has its full team together – minus Italian national team members Stefano Tonut and Michele Vitali – and gathered at Palasport Taliercio for athletic workouts, while Promitheas Patras also held its first team workout in a gym on Wednesday.
